Потому что ты ставишь рэгдол а не плеермодел
Если не знаешь где копировать то пользуйся тогда этим:
Garry's Mod Player Model List
A complete list of the default Garry's Mod player models. The path name of the model is required to change a player's model. You can use these player models when creating your DarkRP jobs.
