Решение
Любой декомпил ломает исходный файл, в нашем случае браши теряют свою позицию, ищи и заделай лик. Просто GO TO Z X Y. Вроде можно карту засунуть в куб и лик автоматически пропадает, но я уже не помню.

я её переделал и прошу объяснить как зафиксить
Карта создается исходя из возможностей движка, и там что бы была какая то оптимизация на ней, локации делятся на зоны и т.д., ты когда двигаешь хоть 1 браш, ты уже скомпилить не сможешь.
Смотри самый мудацкий и простой способ просто закомпилить

Открываешь список func удаляешь вообще всё, потом удаляешь все порталы, оставляешь только голые браши. Исправляешь лики, потом пробуешь компилить, у тебя декомпил может сломать не 1 функу, а 500. А вот уже как ты смог закомпилить да, начинаешь заниматься оптимизацией. То есть, в ручную выставляешь все то, что ты удалил.
